Dr. Hussain has held prominent positions in the United Kingdom and the UAE. He served as a Consultant in Rehabilitation Medicine at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust from 2010 to 2014 and as a Specialist Registrar in Rehabilitation Medicine at the same institution from 2006 to 2010. In the UAE, Dr. Hussain has contributed significantly to the development of rehabilitation services. He served as the Clinical Director of Rehabilitation Medicine at the American Hospital Dubai, where he was instrumental in establishing a state-of-the-art multidisciplinary inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation department. Currently, Dr. Hussain is a Consultant in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Specialized Rehabilitation Hospital in Abu Dhabi, UAE. He also serves as the Director of the Spinal Cord Injury Program at the hospital. Dr. Hussain’s expertise encompasses a wide range of rehabilitation services, including neurospinal, musculoskeletal, and critical illness rehabilitation.
