  • Admission Process

    Our patient admission process is designed to be simple and supportive. Upon referral, our medical team conducts an initial assessment to ensure the best possible rehabilitation plan. Our admissions team will walk you through the necessary documentation, insurance coordination, and pre-admission requirements.

     

    What to Bring:

    • Valid Emirates ID or Passport
    • Health insurance card
    • Medical records or referral letters
    • Personal items for comfort (modest clothing, non-slip footwear, etc.)
  • During Your Stay

    We aim to create a healing environment that supports your recovery goals. Our multidisciplinary teams—including physicians, nurses, therapists, dietitians, and case managers—work together to provide customized care.

     

    Our Facilities Include:

    • Private and semi-private rooms
    • Specialized therapy areas
    • On-site pharmacy
    • Nutritious, customized meal plans
    • Spiritual and psychological support services
  • Discharge Planning

    Our care doesn’t stop at discharge. We work with you and your family to ensure a safe transition home or to another level of care.

     

    This includes:

    • Home care guidance
    • Medication instructions
    • Follow-up appointments
    • Access to outpatient therapy, if needed

For Visitors

  • Visiting Hours

    Visitors play a key role in a patient’s recovery. We welcome family and friends during designated hours to ensure patients receive adequate rest and therapy.

     

    General Visiting Hours:

    Weekdays: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM

    Weekends & Holidays: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

    (Specific unit policies may vary—please check with the nursing station.)

  • Visitor Guidelines

    To ensure the safety and comfort of all patients:

    • Limit visitors to 2 at a time
    • Wear appropriate attire and face masks if required
    • Wash or sanitize hands before and after visiting
    • Refrain from visiting if feeling unwell
    • Children under 12 may require prior approval
  • Amenities and Services
    • Parking: Free parking is available for patients and visitors
    • Cafeteria: A variety of healthy food and beverage options are available on-site
    • Wi-Fi: Complimentary internet access is available in common areas
    • Prayer Rooms: Designated prayer areas are available for men and women

    • Know the names and roles of your healthcare team
    • Clear and transparent information about your condition and care plan
    • Consent to or refuse treatment after being informed of risks and benefits
    • Participate in decisions about your care, and request second opinions
    • Access your medical records and choose your pharmacy
    • Receive safe and prompt nursing care
    • Effective pain management
    • Have complaints or concerns addressed respectfully
    • Be protected from physical or verbal abuse
    • Receive compassionate and respectful end-of-life care
  • Patients’ Responsibilities

    To help us provide you with the best care possible, we ask that you:

     

    • Provide accurate and complete information about your health and history
    • Respect the hospital’s staff, policies, and other patients
    • Follow the treatment plan agreed upon with your care team
    • Attend appointments or notify us in advance if you need to cancel
    • Be responsible if refusing treatment against medical advice
    • Use emergency services only for true emergencies
    • Maintain hygiene and avoid disruptive behavior (e.g., smoking, noise)
    • Take care of your personal belongings
    • Settle payments or coordinate with your insurer as required
    • Prepare for discharge promptly and inform staff of special needs
