What We Do
SRH has been providing excellence in Ventilator Rehabilitation Kingsbridge , we provide our patients with excellence in dietary nutrition, Medical services, Rehabilitation and Social services. we provides all of our services by trained professionals that care about every patient as if they were their own family. They offer companionship and hospice services as well. Meaning, if you think your loved one would like to have company during the hours you cannot be there, there is a service by which a compassionate and caring companion will fill that void. For hospice services, please call the social worker directly for information. The goal of SRH is for the patient to reach their highest level of functioning for a better quality of life.
